1. Who we are

Arqentia LLC ("Arqentia", "we") operates Arqentia Pulse, a website diagnostic service. We are based in Florida, USA, and serve customers worldwide.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you submit: the website URL you want analyzed; optionally an email address; preferred report language; payment information (handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card details).
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer.
  • Data from public sources: when generating a report, we fetch publicly available data about the URL you submit (HTML, headers, DNS, WHOIS, certificates, public ad libraries, search engine performance APIs).

3. How we use information

  • To generate and deliver your scan report.
  • To send the report or related communications to the email you provide.
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • To improve our services, prevent abuse, and ensure security.
  • To comply with legal obligations.
  • With your consent, to send marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time).

4. Legal bases (GDPR users)

For users in the EU, UK, or other GDPR-aligned jurisdictions, we process personal data based on (a) performance of a contract (delivering the scan you requested), (b) legitimate interests (improving and securing the Service), (c) consent (for optional marketing), and (d) legal obligations.

5. Sharing of information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under appropriate data protection terms:

  • Anthropic (AI model provider — Claude API).
  • Google (PageSpeed Insights API).
  • Mozilla (Observatory API).
  • Supabase (database hosting).
  • Vercel (web hosting and edge runtime).
  • Resend (transactional email).
  • Payment processor (Stripe or LemonSqueezy) for billing.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. International transfers

We are based in the USA and our service providers may store data in the USA, EU, or other regions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

7. Retention

We retain scan data and reports for as long as needed to deliver the Service and comply with legal/accounting obligations, typically up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time at privacy@arqentia.com.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your data; correct inaccuracies; delete your data; restrict or object to processing; portability; withdraw consent. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale/sharing. Florida residents (FDBR) have similar rights. We do not sell personal information.

9. Cookies and tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service (essential), and optionally analytics to understand aggregate usage. Where required by law, we display a consent banner before non-essential cookies are activated.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, encrypted storage, restricted access) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Effective date" reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
